INGREDIENTS:

2 LBS GROUND BEEF

1 LARGE ONION

2 CUPS GRATED VELVETTA CHEESE

5 OZ EGG NOODLES

1 CUP MUSHROOM SOUP

1 CAN TOMATO SOUP

1 SMALL CAN EVAPORATED MILK

 

COOKING:

SAUTE ONION. ADD BEEF, AND COOK UNTIL PINK IS GONE.

ADD ALL OTHER INGREDIENTS EXCEPT THE NOODLES AND CHEESE. ADD SPICES FOR TASTE.

LAYER BEEF MIXTURE, NOODLES, AND CHEESE. REPEAT.

BAKE 1 HOUR AT 350 DEGREES, OR MICROWAVE FOR 20 MINUTES.
